Beautiful property with helpful staff made for a lovely getaway. The heated pool and lack of smoke smell were huge plusses. Skyfall offered delightful drinks and excellent service. The first room was spacious and quiet; however, the next was noisy with AC units outside. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and the lack of basics like a fridge and coffee was surprising. Parking was inconvenient, and the manager's dismissal during a concern felt unprofessional. they compensated us generously for the mix-up with our room. Would return for the ambiance and comfort, hoping for a smoother experience next time.

Fantastic access to attractions and dining around Las Vegas

The hotel is conveniently situated just a short stroll away from some amazing attractions like the Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition and the Shark Reef both less than 800 meters away plus some great restaurants at the Mandalay Bay which was a breeze to get to making it easy for me to enjoy my weekend walks without any hassle because I could soak in the surroundings and explore but on the downside, the hotel itself could use a bit more charm in its decor since it feels a bit plain.

Fairly clean and high quality place, has incredibly beautiful views of mountains and the airport. The rooms are fashionable, the breakfast is reasonably good and low cost. The location is central. The restaurant serves appetising Mexican food. Would definitely come back when I'm there.

Great amenities with some room for improvement

Mandalay Bay offers a fantastic pool area, including a wave pool that the family loved, and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. While there were some maintenance issues and staff challenges, the overall vibe and amenities made for a memorable stay.

Central location, excellent base for discovering Las Vegas. Easy to get around, nearby a tram station. Pleasant and attentive staff, wake up calls and ironing free of charge. Bright, neat room with a separate bathroom and a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets.

The room offered a stunning view of the strip through floor-to-ceiling windows, creating an incredible ambiance. The spacious king suite was comfortable, providing ample space to move around. Temperature control was easy to manage, allowing for a pleasant coolness against the desert heat. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room. there were no washcloths available, and the soap dispenser was empty, which was disappointing. Noise levels were generally low, contributing to a relaxing environment. While the bed was comfortable, having fewer amenities like fresh washcloths detracted from the overall experience.

The staff were nice and amicable in case of questions.

The pool area was a blast with the wave pool and lazy river! I loved the spa—definitely indulged in some dreamy massages. And the convenience of great dining options made every meal a treat!

The hotel is fantastic, has stunningly beautiful views and perfect location very close to all attractions as well as the airport.

The room was like a stylish relaxation cocoon, music and sunbathing at the beach was a vibe, and I could lift weights like a pro in my chic fitness center session with sharks.

Loved paying a fortune for a basic breakfast and dealing with the rude staff.
